Major mistake people make when losing weight

Hello guys, I haven't written new articles these days, so I decided to write a new article about the major mistakes we do when we follow a diet. When you follow a diet, the main mistake is that the diet is not correctly designed for you, there are dangerous diets that can cause a lot of stress to our body. Usually people read in the internet and follow simple diets for a week or two maximum. According to some researches over 50% lose the fight against overweight. The main reason is that you do not follow a diet which should be designed specially for your life and the way you work out. Also if there is a fitness program, it should be considered with the diet you follow.

Counting the calories

A lot of people eat and count the calories of the food they eat. This is wrong! The information given in the description of the product packaging sometimes is wrong. Instead of counting calories you should avoid fried food and do not over eat - eat enough so you are not hungry (when you can eat less, do it when you follow a diet, overeating causes also heart stress).
