STRATEGY #1: THE GYM

McDaniel also reminds us that the risk of injury using weighted abdominal  movements are the same risks as using weights for any other muscle group in our bodies.  The key he says is to be focused, by maintaining proper form, go slowly when using the weights your muscles can handle.  By remembering this, you will lower your odds of risk and greatly improve your results. You don’t have to go to a gym for this workout.  Just get a high-cable pulley, a chin-up bar and a light dumbbell and your set to start losing weight, tightening your abs.

STRATEGY #2: IN-HOME PILATES-BASED 

Understandable so, some people like to do their fitness at home and some people do not.  When one person would consider working out their fitness routine at home very limiting, others feel greater freedom.  If you are self conscious, working out at home gives you less concern about others watching. These abdominal moves are guaranteed to put your abdominal muscles through a workout most abdominal moves will never touch.  Prying eyes may discourage you from the focus you need to do these abdominal moves in order to achieve the best fitness results.
Derived from Pilates, these at home routines are a series of floor exercises that cause resistance to your abs by holding specific positions.  When done properly, you will develop strength, flexibility, gaining better posture , lose weight and better coordination.  Ed Morand, A.C.E.,N.A.S.M who is the Pilates instructor at the New York Sports Clubs/Town Sports International in New York City, explains to us that these workouts may seem esoteric but in reality, they are closer to mimicking the real-life use of your abs.
Pilates requires that you tighten your muscles right from starting position. By keeping the tension on your abs all the time not only are you giving yourself a constant workout, you are improving your posture. This continual tension will keep your midsection muscles working overtime which in turn will help you see results faster with every exercise offered here.
Morand offers three abdominal moves for developing abs of steel, loss of weight by fitness which only requires a mat, a few minutes to spare, and determination.

STRATEGY #3: HOME OR GYM PHYSIOBALL

“The abdominal wall’s main job isn’t to curl you up off the floor; it is to constantly support and stabilize your body.  When in good shape, the abdominal wall will keep your body in an upright balanced position throughout the entire day.” says Jeff Bell, C.S.C.S., N.A.S.M., A.C.S.M., co-owner of Spectrum Wellness, New York City.  You know that ball that you usually see woman using, the big blue one called a Swiss ball, well guess what, nothing beats the Swiss ball for putting your midsection through greater, shape-shifting torture.
The ball mimics the movements your abdominal muscles make throughout a day. This may seem unique to you, however, it is actually quite familiar to your abdominal muscles. If you want a good jump start for your routine, the Swiss ball is the way to go.  Just getting in the starting position onto the ball to do your first crunch makes your muscles (including your abs) contract.   How cool is that!  Jeff Bell reminds us that by doing the crunches on top of the ball, allows us to bend back even further than a floor would thus allowing to work out more muscle fibers along a safe, supported surface. He continues to say, "By arching your lower back up from a flat surface like the floor just to achieve the same effect will only compromise the spine instead of strengthen our abdominals.

When you enjoy it then you will be more willing to make this your habit and you will get benefits from it much more quickly.

Perhaps you may ask yourself – how much time do you need to spend in exercising? Well it is not needed to have hours available for this activity. If you enjoy doing it you can spend some more time, but if you do not have enough time for fitness – around thirty minutes are enough. You can use the road to your work or back home and spend it in walking. If you do not have that time you can make a few ‘laps’ around your desk every couple of hours – it might sound a bit strange, but you would not bother anyone with doing this, and at the same time you will give your body the energy and the fitness that it needs.

So when you are ready to get started and you want regularly do your exercises, you can get some advice from professional fitness experts. They will explain to you what types of exercises you should do, depending on your health status and shape. You also need to remember to regularly check your heart rate and pulse during physical activity and different levels of intensity.

The calculated moderate intensity during physical activity for an average person should not be higher than 50 to 70% of his/her maximum heart rate.

Proper fitness for girls ?

I have a question and it is who loves fat girls ? Less than 10% of you will answer positively! Look at this example. This is one of the most beautiful girls in Bulgaria who cares about her body and loves training. In the gym or not, every girl can have her body trained. The proper diet and workout can give incredible results for one girl. As in the opposite gender, much effort is required to have good body.





Cardio, not lifting weights!

What most women need is cardio, not lifting weights. There is one universal exercise for women and it is called running. Yes, women need to do it every day in case they do not want to be fat. There is no sense in lifting weights, because it is not ok a woman to have a 40cm biceps!

Proper diet is 90%!

If girl decides to have a good body and to lose some fat, she has to make herself some limits. For example, eating 100gr chocolate maximum per 24 hours. Less carbohydrates, the better. Also must evade fried food or eat very rarely. Fresh food is preferred, restaurants like KFC, McDonalds and so on must be forgotten. If you do cardio and keep some diet, you will lose at least 2 kilos per week.

How to maintain body after we reached the results ?

Another important part of this is to maintain or keep the figure women main. How? Running 3 kilometers per day at least helps doing this. Yoga and gymnastics helps a lot! Women should know that they can't eat everything they see. Having a food variety is important. Practice a sport or do some exercise. Taking these sentences in mind will help you keep your body the same.

10 minutes workout a day keeps fat away


As people say " An apple a day keeps the doctor away" the same applies to workouts and fats. For those who do not want to be fat should train at least 10 minutes a day, so they do not have any extra fat on their body.
Start with 5 minutes cardio (for example running somewhere outside), then 2 minutes push ups, 1 minute crunches and 2 minutes jumping in one place for finish. This small practice every day gives changes in 2 or 3 month of  course if you do not overdo it with food. So remember :

Is cardio important ?


Doing cardio before help maintain your weight and and improve your heart health. It cuts the risk from chronic diseases. That's why it is good to make 15 or 20 minutes cardio before training. Main reasons are :

Control your weight

Burning extra fat and calories. Getting your heart pumping off and more are the effects of cardio. This is the main way people knock off their weight.

The health of your heart

Your heart becomes stronger against some chronic diseases. It lowers your blood pressure. Cardio is really recommended if you have had a heart attack, so you can prevent another one.

It is never late 

Even people who are 80 or 90 years old know that cardio makes our live healthier. It is never late to start doing it and become healthier. Improves our mental health, improves circulatory system.

How to deal with motivation ?
Motivation is 50% of our training. When we have no motivation, our practice becomes worthless. Here are top 5 tips that can help you deal with motivation.

Tip #1 - Music 

Do you love listening to music? Of course you do! Play your favorite song and start training. Music helps a lot, even during our workout. There are some rap songs that make our motivation bigger and bigger. 

Tip #2 - Think about the future

Think what might happen if you train 2 months without pause and how will you look. Think about what other people will say and do not forget that training always gives results!

Tip #3 - The opposite gender will like you

Male or female, the opposite gender always likes good and shaped bodies with muscles without any fat on it. Think about this and start training! This helps a lot especially you like somebody.

Tip #4 - Being healthy or smoking and doing drugs? 

What do you think is better? Having a health life or smoking cigarettes, weed or doing drugs ? Fitness changes your life for better and makes you a better person at all.

Tip #5 - Smack them or they will smack you!

Show people who you really are. Show them that you are more than what they think.
