Breathing and its influence while trianing

The normal rate of breathing at rest consists of the inhalation phase, the phase of breathing and respiratory pause. The inhalation makes the chest to increase its capacity. The opposite happens when our body exhales. This process is controlled by our muscles, that's why it is important to learn how to breathe properly when training (our body has the habit to breathe since born but this is different case.
For example when training using the bench, the way we breathe is really important, we can save energy if we know how to breathe properly. To prove this you may try lifting maximum weight without considering the way your breathe, do it as much as you can. After a short pause when you feel strong enough to do this again, do the same BUT when you lift up breathe in, when you lift down - breathe out. A lot of people who tried this say that they increase the amount of repeats and actually they really save energy.


Simple phases of breathing when doing exercises

  1. When you start an exercise, divide it into 2 parts, like the example shown above.
  2. Try to make the exercises slowly with a proper movement
  3. In the 1st part of the exercise, breathe in. After the 1st part is done, take 1 or 2 seconds to rest then continue to 2nd part.
  4. In the 2nd part it is important the exhale to end in the same time with the movement.
Following this simple steps, a lot of surveys has shown positive results. Why don't you try it? Another survey shows that people almost forget about the way they breathe and how important is it when training.

Losing weight in the gym

Losing weight can be done not only by cardio or following a diet. You can also burn fat if you train in the gym? What is the secret? Less weight more repeats! Yes that's it! The more you repeat the more the temperature of your muscle increases and this is the principle of how our body loses weight! Incredible, isn't it? A lot of people whose aim is to lose fat use heavy weight in the gym. This is not correct. If you want a better relied and less fat, grab the less weight and do more repeats. That's it. Now after you know this little secret you may want to go and try it in the gym? The best results come in few weeks! Also don't forget that fried food will increase your fat under the skin, so we don't recommend eating fried food in the days when you train.

As everybody knows, after Autumn comes Winter. Though it is normal to rest more during the Winter and work harder in the summer, we also suggest cardio in the winter.

Many believe that running outdoors in cold weather temperatures is a prerequisite for an illness, but this is a misconception. The weakening of the immune system of the organism in combination with virus attack are the causes of the cold, but not sport outdoors in freezing temperatures.

Regular running leads to the growth of new cells

Regular running leads to the growth of new cells in the brain, which improves memory. It is not clear the exact mechanism by which aerobic exercise leads to an increase in gray matter, but this is probably related to increased blood flow or higher levels of certain hormones, which are synthesized during exercise.

Wear clothes that allows your body to breathe

What is important is not to this kind of activities that it should be approached with due caution and preparation. Clothes that are recommended are those who would have left the body and skin to breathe at the same time prevent freezing gust of wind.

How long to run out
